A valid form of I.D. with your photo, name, date of birth, and current address is required; for instance, a photocard drivers licence or passport along with a recent utility bill.

A license is not needed for any air rifle or air pistol on our site if you are in England or Wales. Those in Scotland must obtain an airgun license.

We accept a variety of payment methods including credit/debit cards & Paypal. We advertise finance payment in 3 which is a paypal product offered on an account by account basis. You should be able to see if your elibable for paypal finance by loging into your Paypal account.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@ronniesunshines.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You can change or cancel your order as long as your order hasnt yet been shipped. You must contact us immediatly Sales@ronniesunshines.com to request any chnage or cancelation.

Anybody under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult (21 years or over). The recommended minimum age is 12 years old, however this is only a guide and it very much depends on the individual. Closeadult supervisionis required at all times.

We have ample off road parking right outside the gun ranges.

Anywhere within mainland England & Wales every weekend for only £25.
Place your order by 1pm on Monday & you will have your gun for that coming weekend.
We will contact you on the Wednesday giving you a 2hr time slot for your delivery that weekend it really is that simple.
Home delivery orders placed after 1pm Monday will be delivered the subsequent weekend.
Minimum Gun Value £200.

We have a network of gun shops that we can deliver your gun to you. You will be able to collect it from your nearest one. We ship to your local gun shop where you then collect from. Please note that you will be required to settle the transfer fee (handling charge the shop may charge) upon collection (usually £25)

Our standard service for small items (under 2kg) is 2nd Class Royal Mail, this is usually a 2-3 day service but may take longer during peak times.

Our standard service for larger items (over 2kg) is Parcelforce 24hr, this is usually a next working day service but may take longer during peak times.

Delivery addresses in the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands maybe subject to a delivery surcharge.

Our aim is to dispatch all orders received before 1pm (Monday to Friday) on the same day.

We do not offer shipping outside the UK at this time.
