The Umarex CP99 Compact replicates the concealed-carry variant of the Walther P99 with a satisfying blowback action. Licensed by Walther and true to the original's markings, it packs metal construction into a 167mm, 628g package. The Compact keeps the P99 trigger character in a package that suits smaller hands.
An 18-round drop-out magazine feeds 4.5mm steel BBs, the Picatinny rail takes compact lights and lasers, and the blowback slide gives each shot authentic recoil. It is one of the best-loved compact CO2 pistols for good reason. No licence is needed for a sub-6 ft/lbs CO2 pistol in England and Wales; buyers must be over 18. The blowback cycle on such a light pistol feels lively, making it one of the most entertaining plinkers in the cabinet.
